The Changan Uni-S is the brand’s style-focused compact SUV launched in South Africa in early 2026. Measuring 4,539 mm with a 2,656 mm wheelbase, it’s powered by the Blue Whale 1.5T turbopetrol (138 kW / 300 Nm, 7-speed DCT) with claimed 7.5 L/100 km consumption.
Three grades: CS (R389,900), CL (R429,900), CE (R469,900). All include a 12.8-inch touchscreen, 540-degree camera, ventilated front seats, and cruise control. The CL adds leather, full ADAS suite with adaptive cruise control, and automatic emergency braking. The CE adds a panoramic sunroof, electric tailgate, and seat memory. All include a 5-year/150,000 km warranty.
