The iCAUR 03T (also known as the Jaecoo J6) is a fully electric compact SUV launching in South Africa in May 2026 under Chery Group’s iCAUR brand. Its boxy, adventure-inspired design draws comparisons to the Land Rover Defender. It is the first fully electric vehicle from the Chery Group’s O&J division to reach South Africa.
Two powertrain options: 2WD (184 kW / 220 Nm) and AWD (279 kW / 385 Nm). Battery options include 50.63 kWh (approximately 400 km), 66 kWh (approximately 472 km), and 70 kWh (approximately 500 km range). A Range Extender EV (03T REEV) variant is planned for late 2026, with total range approaching 1,000 km.
