The Omoda C5 is the model that launched the brand in South Africa — and it arrived with immediate impact. With its concept-car inspired Art in Motion design language and oversized LED lighting signatures, it drew buyers who hadn’t previously considered Chinese cars.

The C5 range has been progressively expanded. Entry-level is the Street+ (1.5T, 115 kW / 230 Nm, CVT). Style X, Luxury X, and Elegance X derivatives use a 1.6T engine (145 kW / 290 Nm) with a 6-speed DCT. All models include dual 10.25-inch screens, wireless charging, and a 10-year/1,000,000 km engine warranty for the first owner.
